We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this program (e.g., communication, CRM, and analytics tools), and where required by law.

We make no guarantee of income, sales, or business outcomes. All examples and figures are illustrative of program structure or learner participation, not promises of results. Your outcomes depend on your own execution, capital, and market conditions.
Submitting an application is free and does not create a contract. Enrollment happens only upon a written enrollment agreement and payment as per its terms. Program inclusions, schedule, and fees are those stated in your enrollment agreement.
You agree to use program materials for your own learning, not to redistribute or resell them, and to interact respectfully with mentors and community members. We may suspend access for abuse, harassment, or breach of these terms.
All program content, materials, brand names (including "DDP", "RegisterDDP", and "DayHom Digital"), and this website are our intellectual property or used under license, and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Submitting an application or attending an enrollment call never involves a charge.
Program fees, payment plans, and any applicable refund terms are stated in the written enrollment agreement you receive before making any payment. That agreement is the governing document for refunds.
Unless your enrollment agreement states otherwise: a written refund request received within 7 days of payment and before your mentorship onboarding session begins is eligible for a refund of the amount paid, less any payment-gateway processing charges. Once onboarding has begun and program materials/mentorship access have been delivered, fees are non-refundable, as seats and mentor hours are reserved for you.
Email us at the contact address in the footer with your name, payment reference, and enrollment date. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
